This concert of ethereal dances, songs and nostalgic yearning presents much loved classics by Beethoven and Barber alongside contemporary works, including the Swedish premieres of two new compositions — Golfam Khayam’s Samâ/Mirror Memory (meaning ‘Spiritual Dance’ or ‘Sky’) co-commissioned by O/Modernt and Out of the Box Festival, and Emmanuel Witzthum’s The Trace of Echoes.
